Santa Cruz is situated north of San Juan and includes the following communities: Bourg Mulatresse; Cantaro Village; Capriata Vilage; and La Pastora. Santa Cruz is the home of the La Pastora Propagating Station where cocoa seedlings are cultivated by the Trinidad & Tobago Department of Agriculture for distribution to farmers.
