  • CAREER:                                 Capildeo is a writer of poetry and prose. She has held a Research Fellowship at Girton College, Cambridge, a Writing Fellowship at the University of Leeds. Capildeo has taught at the universities of Glasgow, Leeds, Sheffield, Kingston-upon-Thames and Greenwich, and was Creative Writing Professional at the University of Sheffield. She is a Contributing Editor at the Caribbean Review of Books. Capildeo wrote the following books of poetry:
