CAREER:                                 Garlin entered the Soca Monarch competition for the first time in 1999 and made the final with "Send That Rhythm Crazy." He would later go on to win the competition four times: 2002 (In de Ghetto); 2004 (Warrior Cry); 2005 (Blaze de Fire); and 2008 (Fire). In 2013, he won the Best International Performance category award at the Soul Train Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, with his hit single "Differentlogy."
