| ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Neptune played on the T&T national youth team in 1974 and went on to represent South Trinidad. He later joined the Defence Force and led them to several titles in the 1970s. He was selected to the T&T national team in 1978 where he became a regular through the 1982 World Cup campaign and scored the lone T&T goal during the unsuccessful preliminary round in 1980. While recovering from an injury suffered on the field, Neptune's soccer career came to an abrupt end when he injured his hip in an automobile accident. His major accomplishments included:
